Shipping & Delivery Policy

Meghnaj currently provides delivery services within Saudi Arabia only, in covered areas.

1. Home Delivery

The shipping fee is SAR 25. Shipping is free for orders of SAR 500 or more after discounts and before shipping fees, within covered areas.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information may be sent using the contact details provided with the order. Delivery times may be affected during peak seasons, public holidays, or by operational circumstances beyond Meghnaj’s or the courier’s reasonable control.

2. Payment Options

Cash on Delivery is available with no additional fee charged to the customer. Available electronic payment methods are displayed at checkout.

3. Receiving Your Order

Please ensure that the recipient name, mobile number, city, area, and national or detailed delivery address are complete and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay delivery.

The customer will not bear any cost resulting from an error by Meghnaj or the delivery company.

4. Delivery Delays or Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery period or you experience a delivery issue, please contact Meghnaj Customer Service and provide your order number.
