1. General

Welcome to the Meghnaj website (the “Website”). The Website is operated by meghnaj Trading L.L.C S.O.C, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under Commercial Registration No. 2790364 and Trade Licence No. 1591366.

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Website and to all sales, services, and orders placed through it. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, and any other policies published on the Website.

The Website may only be used for lawful, personal purposes. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information, maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, and refrain from unlawful or fraudulent activity, interference with Website operations, or unauthorised access to Website systems.

All intellectual property relating to Meghnaj, including the brand name, logos, images, designs, graphics, text, videos, Website layout, and software, is owned by or licensed to Meghnaj. Website content may not be copied, republished, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

4. Website and Product Information

Meghnaj endeavours to present product information and images accurately. However, colours and details may appear slightly different depending on device and display settings. Products are subject to availability, and certain information or prices may be updated when necessary, subject to applicable consumer rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

Meghnaj seeks to keep the Website secure and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Meghnaj is not responsible for losses arising from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control, internet outages, unauthorised account use caused by the user’s failure to protect login credentials, or third-party websites linked from the Website.

6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and all transactions through the Website are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If a complaint or dispute arises, please contact Customer Service first so the matter may be addressed amicably.

7. Terms of Sale

7.1 Application

These terms of sale apply to all products ordered through the Website together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Exchange Policy.

7.2 Products

Product images are shown for illustrative purposes and slight variations may occur. All products are subject to stock availability. If a paid product becomes unavailable, we will contact you and refund the amount in accordance with the approved process.

7.3 Orders

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. Meghnaj may decline or cancel an order in lawful circumstances such as lack of stock, failed payment, obvious errors in the order details, suspected fraud, or a material pricing error.

7.4 Prices and Taxes

Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals, and the applicable price is the price displayed when the order is placed. Shipping fees are added separately and shown before checkout is completed.

7.5 Payment

Cash on Delivery is available with no additional fee charged to the customer. Available electronic payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Electronic payments are processed through approved payment service providers. The base currency is the Saudi Riyal (SAR).

7.6 Shipping and Delivery

Sales are currently limited to Saudi Arabia within covered areas. The shipping fee is SAR 25. Shipping is free for orders of SAR 500 or more after discounts and before shipping fees. Final delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed.

7.7 Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with applicable Saudi regulations and Meghnaj’s published Return & Exchange Policy.

Where a refund is due, electronic payments are refunded through the approved payment method, while Cash on Delivery payments are refunded by bank transfer after the beneficiary details have been verified. A replacement product or store credit is offered only with the customer’s consent and is not a mandatory substitute for a refund that is due.

7.8 Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled before it is handed to the delivery company. After handover, Meghnaj will review whether the shipment can be stopped; if this is not possible, the returns process will apply, without prejudice to the customer’s statutory rights.

7.9 Promotions and Discounts

Meghnaj may offer discount codes, seasonal promotions, bundles, or discounts on selected products. Each promotion is subject to its stated terms. Unless otherwise stated, more than one discount code may not be combined on the same order.

7.10 Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from the order, please contact Customer Service with the order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the defect or error; personal photos are not required.
